After you book.
Every appointment is by telephone. There is nowhere to travel to and nothing to install — we ring you at the time you choose, on the number you give us, so a phone number is required when you book.
You will get an email confirming the appointment with a calendar invitation attached. If we need to move it we will tell you by email, and you can cancel from the link in that message.
