Do we need to register with the ICO?
Most organisations that process personal data must pay the data protection fee unless an exemption applies. We’ll check your position and tell you.
Can you write our AI policy?
Yes — an AI governance policy covering which tools are allowed, what data may go into them, human review and record-keeping, written to fit how your team actually works.
Can you handle a breach for us?
We can help you assess, document and notify within the 72-hour window, and prepare the communications. If it turns into a claim or enforcement action, that is reserved work and we’ll refer you.
