SERVICES · COMMERCIAL CONTRACT DRAFTING & REVIEW
Contracts that say what you meant.
Drafting and review of the agreements a business actually runs on — SaaS terms, NDAs, service level agreements, supplier and customer contracts — in plain English, with the risks explained and a fixed fee agreed before we start.
TKJ Legal Services is a trading style of TKJ Global Media Ltd. We are not a law firm regulated by the SRA, and no one here practises as a solicitor. What that means for you.

- Issuing or defending court proceedings
- Appearing before a court of law
- Documents that transfer or charge land
QUESTIONS
Asked before, answered straight.
Can you negotiate with the other side?
Yes, as your commercial adviser: mark-ups, fallback positions and covering explanations, and we can join calls if you want us to. What we cannot do is conduct litigation or appear for you if it becomes a dispute before a court.
Do you use templates?
Where a template is the right tool, yes — and we’ll say so. Most work is drafted or adapted for your deal, because a template that doesn’t fit is where the risk hides.
Which law do you work under?
The law of England and Wales. If your contract needs another governing law, we’ll tell you at the quote stage rather than guess.
Tell us what you’re dealing with.
Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If it needs work, you get a fixed-fee quote in writing.
